This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
WOW I HAVENT POSTED in a couple of months since I hate this place!!!! At this point in my life I am looking for work, trying to finish the last pages of my comicbook which should have been done a long time ago, and contemplating what direction I want my life to go in the next few months......With all this stuff going on I decided to change my avatar and I am redoing my website....new art will be coming soon....new changes in my life as well...the avatar is a pic of me....I really dont like it cuz its about a year old and I was heavier back then...I hope to get better pics of me soon!!!!
cool I went to SVA....I graduated last May...I also studied cartooning....thanks for checkin out my comics and the positive comments....are you just going for summer classes or are you planning on going there full time?
I'm either going to go there, I think, or to Minneapolis school of Art and Design, I'm not sure. I really dig the school, but I'm not crazy about the fact that it's New York and that there's no campus. How did you like it?

" I dreamt about you last night And I fell out of bed twice "
There was times that I felt that I wasn't learning enough in the school, there were times that i felt i couldn't compete with the other artists in the school and there were times were I really learned something or had an experience that I won't forget....overall the school opened me up to new things such as using different mediums, or allowing myself to open up my creative side more......however in majoring in cartooning I feel kind of ripped off....I felt that there was more technical stuff they could have teached us....and I felt our department didn't get as much attention as the others......what sucks is that getting into the comic book industry is very hard and even when your in there it isn't very reliable....I felt with the money spent in the school they should have had better resources to help us out in self publishing or smthing like that.....maybe i wasn't aware of all of the resources but other people seemed to complain about those things too. But then again on the positive note you get a fine arts degree for cartooning, which is something you dont find in most art schools since comicbooks are still considered a low art, which is sad to me!!! If you can afford it without taking many loans or not paying any loans at all then I recommend it. If your poor like me and dont want to be 30,000 in debt please go to a regular art school or a school much cheaper.....take some classes that teach you different techniques such as drawing, anatomy, painting, computer art, graphic design....and try taking as many as possible so that your skills in all of those mediums can improve......The way I feel is if you become a master of technique and have an energetic style then you will certainly find a place in the art world where you can make a living off of it. I graduated a year ago and I still have not made money off any art I have produced....I think it would be alot easier for me if I had brilliant technical skills and the confidence I needed to go out there and get into the art field but I have to deal with what I have and try to make it some how......my main goal is to get my name out there and do smthing creative....ok i realized now that I am writing too much and probably boring you with my life story, but I kind of wanted to give you an idea of what is like going to art school and what happens after......
